THE VOTING PROCESS

• All votes are collected online
• Voting is open to all Successful Meetings and MeetingNews readers, and their colleagues
• Each voter may vote as many times as he/she likes each day. Only one vote per nominee will be logged
• Online voting begins August 8, 2008 and ends September 5, 2008
• Final winners will be selected on a weighted system: 40% Editorial Pics and 60% Readers Pics.
• Winners will be notified September 15, 2008
• Winners will be selected by category and by region within the category
• All final winners in each category will be honored in the MeetingNews December 1, 2008 issue
